Without a doubt, this should be a goal for your organization. You’ve made a large investment in Yardi and you need to be able to control your destiny. You must be able to get the data out of the system in the format you want in the time frame you want. You don’t necessarily always want to rely on outside consultants and the support desk at Yardi.
